What you should know.
Plain-language disclosures about how Stellus products work and the risks involved.
We believe disclosures should be readable. The summaries below explain, in plain terms, how our products work and what they are — and are not.
Key disclosures
- ozUSD is not a deposit or an investment
ozUSD is a payment stablecoin backed 1:1 by reserves. It does not pay interest or yield.
- No FDIC insurance for stablecoin holders
Reserves back ozUSD at par; they are not pass-through deposit insurance to holders.
- OZD reflects a bank deposit liability
Deposit-insurance treatment depends on structure and institution and is not guaranteed by the use of a token.
- Redemption
ozUSD is redeemable at par within our committed timeframe, subject to verification.
- Regulatory status
Stellus builds to the GENIUS Act federal framework and is pursuing the relevant authorizations. Final rules and effective date are still being set; we do not represent current approval that does not yet exist.
- Risk factors
Reserve, operational, technology, and regulatory risks apply. Read the full disclosures for the complete description.
